Ordering, Delivery & Returns
How long does delivery take?
All items are made to order in the UK, we print, package and ship it as quickly as possible. Usually taking 2- 10 working days to be printed and shipped.
If you need something faster, get in touch and we’ll always try to help.
If it’s a gift, please allow a little extra time (postal services love to keep us guessing).
Do you offer free delivery?
Yes! Delivery is FREE for all orders within mainland UK - no minimum spend.
Where do you ship to?
We currently ship to mainland UK.
If you're outside this area, message us and we’ll see what we can do.
Can I track my order?
Of course, just contact us with your order number and we will update you on your order.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible and include your order number and we will respond as soon as possible.
What do I do if I submitted the wrong or incomplete address?
It’s the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct address (including building numbers).
If you realise you entered the wrong address, contact us ASAP. We’ll try to amend it if your order hasn’t dispatched, but we can’t guarantee address changes once production or shipping begins.
Lost or stolen packages
Once your item has been shipped, Tickled Prints is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If you haven’t received your order, contact us and we’ll help you check tracking and advise on what to do next.
Returns, Damages & Personalised Orders
Can I return my order?
Returns are accepted only if your item arrives damaged or incorrect.
If that happens, we’ll replace it free of charge.
Please note: personalised items are non-refundable unless damaged or incorrect.
Why has my personalisation been rejected?
We reserve the right to refuse personalised text if it could cause offence or go against our guidelines.
If your personalised request is rejected, you can:
- provide updated text
or - request a full refund
No hard feelings, we just like to keep things fun, positive and safe for everyone.
Wall Art Materials & Product Info
Are your wall art prints weatherproof?
Yes, our acrylic wall art is fully weatherproof, UV-resistant and fade-resistant, designed to survive British weather (rain, drizzle, sideways rain, the lot).
What is the difference between poster prints and acrylic wall art?
Indoor Posters → printed on high-quality paper, ideal for framing
Acrylic Wall Art → waterproof, durable and ready for walls in the garden, patio, balcony or sheds in addition to mounting the wall art on inside walls.
Both are vibrant, long-lasting and UK-made.
Do your prints come framed?
Our posters are sold unframed, giving you complete freedom to choose your own frame that suits your style.
Our wall art prints do not have a physical frame. Instead, the frame is printed directly onto the design, giving the effect of a real frame while keeping the artwork flat, lightweight and fully weatherproof.
You get the framed look without the risk of outdoor frames warping, rotting or peeling.
What sizes do your prints come in?

Are your designs original?
Absolutely! Everything is designed in-house here in the UK.
You won’t find Tickled Prints artwork anywhere else.
Bespoke & Custom Designs
Do you offer personalised or custom designs?
Yes! Some of our designs include free personalisation, so you can add your own humour, names, dates or inside jokes. If a product can be personalised, you’ll see a personalisation box on the product page.
Looking for something completely one-of-a-kind?
We also offer full bespoke design services, where you can request:
- personalised text on any design
- colour tweaks or design adjustments
- custom outdoor wall art
- unique posters
- one-off gifts
- business or bar signage

How does the custom design process work?

Gifting & Other Questions
Can I send a gift directly to someone?
Yes, simply enter their address at checkout. We never include invoices or pricing in parcels.
Do you offer gift wrap?
Not at the moment - but everything arrives neatly packaged and ready to wrap.
