Colours, sizes and finishes are described as accurately as possible, but slight variations may occur due to screen differences or the handcrafted nature of our items. Ordering with Us
When you place an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete. You’ll receive an order confirmation email, followed by dispatch details once your artwork is on its way. If an item becomes unavailable or a mistake occurs, we’ll contact you promptly to offer a solution.
Pricing & Payments
All prices displayed on our website are in GBP and include applicable taxes. We reserve the right to update prices or promotional offers at any time. Payments are handled securely through trusted third-party processors, and your financial information is always encrypted.
Delivery
We offer free UK delivery on all orders. Delivery times vary depending on product type (poster, acrylic outdoor print, personalised piece), but estimated dispatch times are shown on each product page. Once your order ships, responsibility for carriage transfers to the courier though we’re always here to support you if issues arise.
